The Vigo County Industrial Parks, as a whole, comprise 2,435 acres. The Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is 1,500 acres. It features all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural Gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go.
The Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II ) is immediately north of the VCIP I. It is comprised of 935 acres in size and includes a nearly new 350,000 square-foot cGMP certified multipurpose manufacturing facility. The VCIP II was acquired from the Pfizer Corporation. Like the VCIP I, it is owned by a single entity, Vigo County. Rail serves both the VCIP I and VCIP II via CSX Rail Transportation. Both parks are located six miles south of Interstate Highway 70. Convenient transportation access to the parks is done by US Highway 41.

Constructed in 2006, this manufacturing-specific building is located within the 1,500 acre Vigo County Industrial Park I. The 98,000 square-foot facility (88,000 square feet manufacturing space and 10,000 square feet office space) is positioned on 14 acres. The building features a 10-ton bridge crane system at 123 feet in length. The crane's span is 20-feet. The building's floor is super-flat, six-inch reinforced with wire fiber. There are 3 loading docks and 2 overhead doors in place (more can be added as needed). This building is designed for expansion purposes.

Modena I (referred to also as Building 590) is a highly visible and modern facility located in the Jadcore Phase I Economic Development Area at 590 N. Fruitridge Avenue. The 100,800 square-foot building is Heated and Air Conditioned. Parking is available for 150 vehicles and there is on-site trailer parking. The roof is NUCOR standing seam, there are 10 dock-high doors and 2 drive-in overhead doors. Primary industry includes distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing.
