The Vigo County Industrial Parks encompasses 2,435 acres. Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is a 1,500 acre site featuring all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go.  Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II) is immediately north and is comprised of 935 acres.  Both Parks are owned by a single entity, Vigo County Redevelopment Commission.  CSX Transportation serves both Parks which are located approximately 6-miles south of Interstate Highway 70 on U.S. Highway 41. The area is also served by the short line, Indaina Rail Road.

Literally tens of millions of dollars from area uility companies and local officials have been spent on public and private infrastructure to ready the Parks for industrial tenants.  Selecting a site in the Parks gives a competitive advantage as we can monitor and fast track projects through the development process saving your company time and money.

Both Parks are positioned extremely well from a highway transportation perspective. Interstate Highway 70 (east-west artery) and U.S. Highway 41 (north-south artery) enhance the community's transportation need to move people and goods effectively.  A new bypass route - State Road 641 - provides a quick, direct connection to I-70.  We are located equidistance to major (north-south) Interstates 69 and 65. Interstate Highway 74 is within closer proximity.
