The Vigo County Industrial Parks encompasses 2,435 acres. Vigo County Industrial Park I (VCIP I) is a 1,500 acre site featuring all underground power service and a substation for reliability. Natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water and fiber optic services are in place and ready to go. Vigo County Industrial Park II (VCIP II) is immediately north and is comprised of 935 acres. Both Parks are owned by a single entity, Vigo County Redevelopment Commission. CSX Transportation serves both Parks which are located approximately 6-miles south of Interstate Highway 70 on U.S. Highway 41. The area is also served by the short line, Indaina Rail Road. |
