Location
The former Columbia House is located at 1400 N. Fruitridge Avenue and is in close proximity to Terre Haute's well established north side retail neighborhood.  Companies like Menard's, Big-Lots, Little Casear's Pizza, Applebee's, Ritters Frozen Custard, and Kroger's call the north side home.  

Site/Building Size
The building is approximately 123,900 square feet with a raised floor of 45,000 square feet.  The building features a 10,000 square foot Data Center; 25,000 square feet in office space; and has six large conference rooms.  There is a 7,400 square foot cafeteria/vending area with indoor seating for 150.  An additional outdoor courtyard is approximately 4,500 square feet.  The building has optical fiber which is connected to an OC48 system.  The OC48 is connected to the main PBX phone switching system with ability to hold 1,200 incoming phone lines.  There is a Cummins 600 kW generator. on site.  In additional there are two large fireproof safes for tape storage.  There are four four restroom complexes and ceiling height ranges from 9-feet to 10-feet. Lighting is mostly energy efficient T-8's  and is computer controlled. The HVAC system includes 7 AHU's which are computer controlled with economizer modes.

The Former Columbia House is located on Fruitridge Avenue, a multilane thoroughfare which handles all levels of vehicle and truck traffic.  The site is approximately seven-miles north of Interstate Highway 70 and is located approximately three-miles east of U.S. Highway 40.  Terre Haute International Airport is the nearest commercial airport at five miles from site. Indianapolis International Airport is the nearest passenger airport, 70-miles east.
