Roofing Products Manufacturer to Acquire Standard Register Building; 66 New Jobs to be Created

TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (October 5, 2006)—Black Dog Ranch, LLC (BDR), a Colorado limited liability entity doing business in Idaho and California with its principal place of business in Bellevue, Idaho, today announced plans to purchase the former Standard Register Building at 1251 North Fruitridge Avenue in Terre Haute, Indiana. BDR plans to create 66 new jobs in its first year of operation. The company will initially invest over $4.7 to acquire and equipment the 54,000 square foot facility. Key to BDR's decision to locate in Terre Haute was incentives offered by the State of Indiana and the City of Terre Haute.

Indy-based Steel Fabrication Company Expands to Terre Haute

TERRE HAUTE, IN (October 4, 2006)—Lenex Steel, an Indianapolis-based steel fabrication company, today announced plans to acquire the former Interstate Welding & Fabrication building at 2325 South 6th Street in Terre Haute, Indiana. Lenex plans to create 60 new jobs by 2008 as a result of its acquisition of the 100,000 square foot facility. The company plans to invest more than $3.5 million in building improvements and equipment.

Clabber Girl Expands to Meet Growing Demands

It's Not Just Baking Powder Anymore!

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (September 19, 2006)-Clabber Girl Corporation, manufacturer of America's No. 1 retail baking powder, today announced that it will expand its operations with an approximately 70,000 sq. ft. building addition that is expected to create 42 new jobs over the next four years. Clabber Girl will expand its current location, at Ninth and Wabash in Downtown Terre Haute.

Terre Haute, Indiana (April 6, 2006)— The Terre Haute area economy received another boost today with an announcement by Governor Mitch Daniels that CertainTeed Corporation, a leading North American building products manufacturer, will locate its newest manufacturing facility there, bringing more than 100 jobs.
