Constructed in 2006, this manufacturing-specific building is located within the 1,500 acre Vigo County Industrial Park I. The 98,000 square-foot facility (88,000 square feet manufacturing space and 10,000 square feet office space) is positioned on 14 acres. The building features a 10-ton bridge crane system at 123 feet in length. The crane's span is 20-feet. The building's floor is super-flat, six-inch reinforced with wire fiber. There are 3 loading docks and 2 overhead doors in place (more can be added as needed). This building is designed for expansion purposes.
